From the maker himself: "This is the first full sized Augustus I’ve made in years … The blade grind on it isn’t the typical grind I would normally put on it … so it’s very unique in that way. I’ve only ground one other with that grind many years ago. The micarta that I used for the scales is also rare and vintage."   Kirby also framed it with Zirc bolsters and a sculpted Zirc clip.  He completed the final details with anodized screws and Mokuti colars.  It comes in a signed pouch with his handwritten spec card.
