Who handles returns
Because Drop Beacon is not your seller, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled exclusively by the retailer where you completed your purchase — according to that retailer's individual return policy. Drop Beacon cannot initiate, authorize, or process returns on any retailer's behalf.
