MORPH - Adaptive Carry System

When your loadout changes mid-day, your bag should too.

Run it Slim (2.5”) when you’re carrying light.
Switch to Expanded (3.5”) when you need real capacity - without changing bags.

This is one platform. Two working modes.

How It Works

Morph features a dual-loop compression system:

• Use the front loops → bag compresses into low-profile mode
• Use the rear loops → rear compartment opens to full capacity

No inserts.
No extra panels.
Just reposition the straps - and go.

Choose Your Fabric

Choose the material that best matches how and where you carry.

Ballistic Nylon

A dense, heavy-duty fabric built for durability and long-term everyday use.

1050D Ballistic Nylon offers excellent abrasion resistance and a substantial, structured feel. Its dense construction makes it a strong choice when rugged durability and shape retention matter more than minimizing weight.

Best for: Heavy-duty everyday use, abrasion resistance, and a more substantial, structured feel.

Cordura®

Our toughest option against everyday abrasion and the best overall value.

Rugged 500D Cordura is water-resistant and built to handle hard everyday use. It is the heaviest of the fabric options, making it a strong choice when durability and abrasion resistance are the priority.

Best for: Hard everyday use, abrasion resistance, and overall value.

X-Pac®

A waterproof laminate reinforced with an anti-stretch grid.

X-Pac is lighter than Cordura and holds its shape well, giving the bag a structured feel with excellent weather resistance.

Best for: Rainy or wet environments, reduced weight, and a more structured feel.

UltraGrid®

Our lightest premium fabric option.

UltraGrid uses UHMWPE reinforcement to deliver exceptional tear strength at minimal weight, making it an excellent choice when keeping your carry light matters most.

Best for: Lightweight everyday carry, travel, and extended time on foot.
