The original Wharncliffe blade pattern was created by an English nobleman who believed that its perfectly straight cutting edge and acute point would significantly enhance the functionality of the pocketknives of the day. Spyderco’s Lil’ Native® Wharncliffe revitalizes that logic by empowering our compact, ultra-convenient Lil’ Native with a full-flat-ground Wharncliffe-style blade. The spine of the satin-finished CPM® S30V® stainless steel blade curves gracefully downward to meet the straight cutting edge at an exceptionally keen point. Its edge and point tuck into an ergonomic handle featuring nested stainless steel liners, peel-ply-textured G-10 scales, a high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism, and a deep-pocket wire clip that is reversible for left or right-side tip-up carry. “Get it straight” when it comes to pocketknife performance.
