All components are now machined in-house using 416 stainless steel, and every detail has been re-tuned for performance. The updated screws feature a T15 head and tighter hold.

Heads up: The new T15 screws are not compatible with previous pivot designs.

Screws only – Set of 2 T15 stainless screws
Pivots only – Set of 2 titanium sexbolts
Bushings only – Set of 2 hardened stainless bushings (¼” OD)
Serif/Opus Nylon weight screws – Set of 2 nylon-weighted screws for tuning
Washers only – Set of 4 hardened stainless steel washers
Full Kit – Includes all of the above in hardened stainless

Tuning Notes

Our bushings are precision-fit by hand to the tenth, giving your balisong that signature MachineWise feel.

Before ordering, check your current washer setup:

PB (Phosphor Bronze) washers:
These embed over time, tightening your tune. You’ll want to replace them after every disassembly to avoid bind.
SS (Stainless Steel) washers:
These don’t embed and can be reused without issue. Expect slightly increased play if switching from PB to SS.
