Long Description:
The Chaves T.A.K. (Tiny Ass Knife) Integral Tanto delivers the iconic Chaves design language in a compact, overbuilt format with true high-end materials. This version features a tanto-style blade and a fully rock-textured titanium integral handle for maximum strength and style.
The 2.75-inch tanto blade is made from premium Böhler M390 stainless steel — known for its excellent edge retention, hardness, and corrosion resistance. The compound grind provides reinforced tip strength at the front and a thinner cutting bevel toward the edge, making it both durable and precise. The satin finish enhances the clean geometry of the tanto profile.
The handle is machined from a single solid block of titanium (integral construction), then finished in Chaves’ signature Full Rocked texture — a rugged, tumbled look that improves grip and hides wear. A titanium frame lock secures the blade, reinforced with a hardened steel lockbar insert for longevity.
A low-profile flipper tab and ball-bearing pivot deliver smooth, fast blade deployment. The knife ships with a titanium skull pocket clip (tip-up, right-hand), with a plain clip often included as an alternative.
Compact, aggressive, and built like a tank — this is the tanto version of one of Chaves’ most refined EDC knives.
