Zoobie - Black G10

Just a short walk from our headquarters in Old Town Lansing sits a building that has anchored the community since 1922. Today it is Zoobie’s Old Town Tavern, a neighborhood gathering place that famously preserved its original character and history. Outside, the glowing neon and starburst of the Zoobie’s sign has become one of the area's most recognizable landmarks, bold, memorable, and proudly retro. There are two words you hear again and again when you walk through the door: Trust Us. It is the name of their most famous pizza, but it is also the philosophy behind the place.

The Zoobie folding knife follows that exact spirit. Built as a substantial frame lock, its clean lines and purposeful design feel entirely timeless. The broad 3.5-inch Elmax blade carries plenty of belly, a feature we fully appreciate after an evening spent enjoying wood-fired pizzas and an impressive beer selection.

This knife also marks a major first for us. For nearly a decade, we have believed a knife should earn your trust before a logo earns your attention, which is why most of our designs carry minimal branding. Inspired by the tavern’s iconic sign, we made the unusual decision to engrave GIANTMOUSE prominently into the handle scale. We didn't do it because the knife needed a logo, but because that name represents ten years of trust earned through thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and standing behind every piece we make.
