About Ti-Signal Whistle

The PDW Ti-Signal Whistle is CNC machined from solid 6AL-4V titanium billet. Corrosion-proof, inert, and built to outlast its owner. Rated at 120 decibels, it cuts through ambient noise in search and rescue situations, storm conditions, or any scenario where being heard matters. Compact enough to live on a keyring or carry on the included stainless steel ball chain, it earns its place in every kit from daily EDC to deep backcountry.

The Mk2 Style Pineapple Pattern CNC cut into the body is a PDW signature. The pattern takes its name and geometry from the WWII-era Mk2 fragmentation grenade, where segmented surfaces were born from a need for grip under the worst conditions imaginable. PDW carries that logic forward: a functional texture that locks the whistle in a wet glove or bare hand without compromise. The fine matte titanium finish resists fingerprints and holds up to hard use. No moving parts. No maintenance. No excuses.

FAQ

What material is the PDW Ti-Signal Whistle made from?

CNC machined from solid 6AL-4V titanium billet, the same aerospace-grade alloy used across the PDW lineup. Corrosion-proof, lightweight, and built to last well beyond your lifetime.

How loud is the Ti-Signal Whistle?

Rated at 120 decibels, loud enough to be heard over wind, water, and ambient trail noise. The kind of output that matters in a real emergency.

What is the Mk2 Style Pineapple Pattern?

The Mk2 Style Pineapple Pattern takes its name and geometry from the WWII-era Mk2 fragmentation grenade, where a segmented body was designed for positive grip under extreme stress. PDW CNC cuts that same geometry directly into the titanium body as a functional texture built for real-world conditions: rain, snow, or gloved hands.

How do I carry the Ti-Signal Whistle?

It ships with a stainless steel ball chain for neck carry. The keyring loop at the top also lets you clip it to a pack, keys, or carabiner for direct access.

Is the Ti-Signal Whistle pealess?

Yes. There's no internal pea or moving parts, so there's nothing to freeze, clog, or fail. It functions in sub-zero temperatures and works wet.

What comes in the box?

The Ti-Signal Whistle, stainless steel ball chain, and PDW Storage Tin packaging.
