About the Thickness

Since that is why it came back, here is the number that matters. This pen measures 0.485 inches in diameter. The G10 body is thicker than a slim pen by design, which is part of why it is comfortable for people with larger hands and long writing sessions. If you have used a Tactile Turn Standard before, this is that same girth. If you want something narrower, look at the Slim.

Why G10

G10 is layered glass cloth soaked in epoxy resin, the same material used on high end knife handles. It is lighter than titanium and it grips better, particularly when your hands are damp. The machining lines are prominent out of the box and wear smoother over time, so the pen ends up feeling specific to whoever carries it.

Orange

Orange is the loudest of the three G10 colors Tactile Turn offers on this pen. It is the one you can find in a bag without digging, and it is the one people ask about when you set it on a table.
