The RPC is built for comfort under weight, with a padded top handle, cushioned plate pocket, ergonomic lumbar support, and a non-abrasive back panel and shoulder straps — so comfortable you can wear it against your skin, no friction burn, no problem.

The Ruck Plate Carrier (Heavy) carries up to two 45lb plates (or a 45 + a 30 Long, etc.) for your toughest rucks.
