Raccoon Crossbar Lock 2.0

More than a cosmetic refresh, Gen 2 reflects how owners open, grip, carry, adjust, customize, and maintain the knife.

1. The 3.17" Nitro-V drop-point blade offers a stable edge, corrosion resistance, and straightforward sharpening. Its dimensions have been subtly adjusted for a slightly wider blade face. Spine jimping adds control.

2. Repositioned 6063 aluminum thumb studs improve leverage during opening.

3. A one-piece Ball Roll Bar replaces the previous two-piece crossbar. Its rolling contact reduces friction and removes a joining screw.

4. CNC-milled Crinkle Cut G10 adds traction. Added handle jimping creates more defined contact points.

5. The revised pocket clip accepts thicker fabric and reduces the pressure point previously felt in hand.

6. Full-length liners, a 6063 aluminum backspacer, and larger post contact areas create a more rigid frame.

7. The patent-pending three-post system keeps the liners assembled when the scales are removed, simplifying scale changes and spring maintenance. Its three-position, musical-note-shaped opening is wire-EDM cut with an approximate 0.10 mm (0.004 in) kerf.
