PR516 Automatic Chronograph

The Tissot PR516 Automatic Chronograph pays tribute to the golden era of motorsport, blending a 1970s racing-inspired dial layout with modern Swiss chronograph engineering. Its crisp white dial with blue framed subdials channels authentic racing instrument style, while the blue chronograph hand creates a cohesive design.

Housed in a 41mm 316L stainless steel case with a mineral bezel ring and drilled 20 mm lugs, the PR516 is rugged and elegant, topped by a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Super-LumiNova® is applied to the hands, indexes, and case markers for maximum visibility in any lighting. An exhibition caseback reveals the movement’s architecture in all its glory.

At its heart is the Swiss Tissot Valjoux A05.231 automatic chronograph movement, based on the legendary 7753 and enhanced with a patented Nivachron™ balance spring for superior anti-magnetic performance. The A05.231 offers a robust 68-hour power reserve, a smooth automatic wind, and traditional chronograph timing functions with 12-hour, 30-minute, and 60-second counters. Matched with a perforated steel bracelet on a butterfly clasp with push buttons, the PR516 is a worthy companion from the pits to the street.
