Each Legacy Edition wallet is custom-crafted using materials provided by the customer, which may include fire hose, bunker gear, uniforms, canvas, leather, or other meaningful service-worn textiles—making every build truly unique.
Purpose-built around the exact size of a standard U.S. passport, this wallet balances rugged protection with practical organization. Designed for life on the move, it keeps your passport, documents, and travel essentials secure while carrying the story behind the materials used to create it.

Key Features
• Fully custom-built using customer-supplied materials
• Designed to fit a standard U.S. passport (approx. 6″ × 4.5″ folded)
• Exterior constructed from service-worn materials such as fire hose or equivalent supplied fabric
• Interior lined with XPac fabric for structure and durability
• Trimmed with 1″ Mil-Spec nylon webbing for long-term strength
• Stitched with Size 90 nylon thread (15 lb breaking strength)
• Fold-over closure with 0.5″ elastic strap to keep contents secure
• Three interior sleeve pockets for passport, cards, cash, tickets, or travel notes
• Handmade in small batches in the USA
