Olight Osight Red 3 MOA – Rechargeable Red Dot Sight, RMR 407c/507c Footprint, Magnetic Charging Cover

The Olight Osight Red 3 MOA is a rechargeable red dot sight built on the industry-standard Ruggedized Miniature Reflex footprint. Frequently Asked Questions

What size is the dot on the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA?

The Olight Osight Red 3 MOA uses a 3 MOA red dot in a 0.94" by 0.85" window, which is large enough for fast acquisition while staying precise enough for accurate shot placement.

What footprint does the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA use?

The Olight Osight Red 3 MOA adopts the Ruggedized Miniature Reflex footprint — the same 407c/507c pattern used across most optics-ready pistol slides — so the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA drops onto a wide range of factory optic cuts.

How is the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA powered and charged?

The Olight Osight Red 3 MOA is rechargeable rather than battery-swap. Its magnetic charging cover carries its own reserve and a battery display that shows charge level for both the cover and the optic, and the cover recharges over USB-C.

How long does the battery last on the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA?

Olight rates the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA at over 70,000 hours on the lowest brightness setting and 17+ days on the brightest, extended to 70+ days when used with the magnetic charging cover.

Does the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA shut off automatically?

Yes. The Olight Osight Red 3 MOA uses a motion and light sensor that powers the optic down after 10 minutes of inactivity and wakes it instantly when moved. An auto-sensing mode selects brightness for you, and manual mode offers 10 daylight levels, 2 night levels and a lockout mode.

Will the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA hold zero?

Olight put the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA through a 10,000-round field test and reports that it maintained zero throughout.

Where can I buy the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA?

You can buy the Olight Osight Red 3 MOA from Going Gear, an authorized Olight dealer, so your optic arrives with full factory warranty coverage.
