Among all our designs, it seems the Chop series has resonated the most with our customers. In fact, Japanese-style knife design can be quite limited, often revolving around the same TANTO, TANTO, TANTO...

Hahaha! But Japanese-style knives remain an essential part of the market, and we’re proud to specialize in them. We’re not here to chase trends—we’re here to perfect the TANTO, even if some might find it repetitive. In the end, mastering what we do best is what truly matters.

This latest Chop integrates the structural brilliance of Lee Williams' KICK STOPdesign. I can confidently say—our TANTO and KICK STOP are the ultimate pairing, unmatched by anything else. The quick-deploy flipper is seamlessly hiddenwithin the handle, maintaining the clean, minimalist elegance of traditional Japanese blades. This is the perfect fusion of form and function. I feel incredibly lucky to incorporate Lee Williams' genius design, and I’m deeply grateful for it.
