A true three finger handle, the Calypto is secure in hand due to its sweeping cut out. For and aft movements are met with a handle widened on either end to prevent slipping. The blade itself being tall for its length, offers plenty of curve for longer cuts. The swedged drop point will enthusiastically pierce, while the handle profile will support a carpenter's style grip when more force is needed. 

Eminently pocketable at 3.5” closed, the Calypso lives up to its name. Starting with the expertly ground swedged drop point, the 2.5” blade is made from striking Damasteel. Dual titanium thumb studs deploy the drop point riding on ceramic bearings when opening. The blade is held fast by a ceramic detent when closed. 

The handle assembly is a beautiful integration of materials and construction. The darkened titanium bolster’d liner lock frame has our triple fullers milled deep in the striking butterscotch micarta slabs. 

Finer details include the 3D milled pocket clip and backspacer in Damasteel complementing the blade. Jason Lumher seamlessly blends the best materials with practical design cues to create a style all his own.
