To prevent any transfer of any of the material to your wrist, the Khaki Field Mechanical Bronze is fitted with a titanium caseback. This keeps the watch light and hypoallergenic. 

The 38mm case with its long, elegant lugs is the same as the other iterations of the Khaki Field Mechanical and will have the same comfort and wearability as those models.
