Paring Knife - Green Canvas

A chef is only as sharp as their tools. With the GiantMouse Green Canvas Paring Knife, we have aimed for nothing less than culinary cutlery excellence. This knife was built to thrive during the intricate and detailed steps of your recipe, crafted with the attention to quality GiantMouse is known for. The perfect balance of aesthetics and utility, this tool does not just look impressive. It performs at an exceptional level, making it a prized addition to any cooking arsenal.

Throughout their careers as designers, our designers have curated numerous knives for kitchen use. But with this paring knife, they based every detail on personal experience, building a tool they knew would excel in any culinary endeavor. We have put it to the test in our own kitchens over the past two years, believing that true validation comes not from merely holding a knife, but using the hell out of it. This hands-on experience only reaffirmed our faith in this piece as an unparalleled kitchen companion for peeling, trimming, and precision work.

The Green Canvas Paring Knife offers unbeatable efficiency, due in large part to its satin finished Nitro-B steel blade. This top tier material ensures the blade has excellent durability and edge retention, allowing you to handle small fruits, vegetables, and delicate garnishes with ease for many meals to come. What is more, the ergonomics of the knife have been carefully considered to optimize balance and control in usage. This is only enhanced by the green canvas Micarta handle, chosen for its superior strength and resistance. Beyond just the practical aspect, Micarta adds a dash of refined elegance to the knife, beautifully complementing the satin finish of the steel.

The result is pure enjoyment, a tool sure to impress in any setting, with a satisfying feel you will reach for at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What will you cook?

A Note on Our Satin Finish: Please be aware that our high-gloss satin finish is designed for both elegance and performance. Due to its reflective nature, this finish can show surface scratches more easily than other textures. We design our knives to be tools, not just showpieces, and a natural "patina" of fine lines will develop with use. Every knife undergoes multiple quality-control inspections to ensure it meets our standards for a "New/Unused" tool before it leaves our facility. You may notice a slight protective residue on the blade upon arrival. This is simply a coating applied to protect the premium satin finish during transit. We recommend thoroughly washing your knife with warm water and dish soap before your first use. If you prefer a finish that masks the signs of daily wear, we highly recommend our Stonewashed Set instead.

CARE: Hand Wash Only
Never put high-quality knives in the dishwasher. High heat, harsh detergents, and movement can dull the edge, damage the handle, and cause corrosion. Wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
