The Formex Essence Leggera 41mm is the lightest and most technically advanced model in the Essence lineup—combining cutting-edge materials, refined ergonomics, and Swiss chronometer precision into a bold everyday platform. Crafted from a proprietary carbon fiber composite with ceramic accents, it redefines what a modern mechanical watch can feel like on the wrist.

Despite weighing just 40 grams (on strap), the Leggera offers a rugged, sport-ready profile. The 41mm case is paired with a ceramic bezel and crown for scratch resistance, and includes Formex’s patented Case Suspension System—a shock-absorbing setup that offers next-level comfort in motion. The dial, available in multiple finishes, features CNC-machined horizontal textures, Super-LumiNova hands and markers, and a clean date display—all protected by a double-dome sapphire crystal with triple-layer anti-reflective coating.

Inside beats the COSC-certified Sellita SW200-1, an automatic Swiss movement with a 41-hour power reserve, visible through a sapphire caseback. The watch is secured with a quick-adjust carbon deployant clasp that allows for tool-free fine-tuning on the fly.
