The reversed edge, matched to a full sized secure handle, makes for a powerful emergency cutting tool. The black nylon wrap has a jute under layer, creating an aggressive grip to lock onto your hand. The contoured handle and marine epoxy coated wrap makes for a knife that is secure under any circumstance. Earls Customs large La Rona is small enough to disappear in your daily carry but strong enough to serve when called into action. The sheath is just as well executed for its purpose. The custom Kydex sheath is a deep carry design and is affixed by a DDC 2.1 clip to assure the knife stays affixed.
