DSPTCH X Aero Pack - The First Cat in Space Special Edition

Overview

The DSPTCH x Aero Pack was developed for children undergoing Blina treatment. We designed this bag to blend seamlessly into everyday life, helping children feel confident and free while staying comfortably distracted from their treatment.

Features include external darted utility pocket, internal zip mesh pocket, bottle holder (must remove insert for use), and padded shoulder strap with a sternum strap.

Add-on removable insert - is equipped with multiple straps and pockets to hold essential items during treatment. The bag also has several cord organizing loops and exit ports for tubing.

Add-on shoulder sling strap - can be clipped to the side D-ring mounts and can be worn off the shoulder, allowing older kids or young adults to also use the bag.

This edition is a limited edition designed by award-winning duo Shawn Harris and Mac Barnett. The bag features characters from The First Cat in Space series, written and illustrated by the team.

Shawn Harris is an award-winning author and illustrator of books for kids. The National Museum of Wildlife Art gave Shawn the Bull-Bransom Award, for excellence in the field of children’s book illustration with a focus on nature and wildlife for A Polar Bear in the Snow, by Mac Barnett, with whom he also creates The New York Times bestselling The First Cat In Space graphic novel series.

Mac Barnett is the ninth U.S. National Ambassador for Young People’s Literature, appointed by the Library of Congress and Every Child a Reader. Mac’s work has been translated into more than 30 languages and sold more than 5 million copies worldwide. Mac’s books have won many prizes, including two Caldecott Honors, three New York Times/New York Public Library Best Illustrated Awards, three E.B. White Read Aloud Awards, the Boston Globe-Horn Book Award, Germany’s Jugendliteraturpreis, China’s Chen Bochui International Children’s Literature Award, The Netherlands’ Silver Griffel, and Italy’s Premio Orbil.
