The Convoy Co. Field Camera Strap is built for the unpredictability of the field, crafted from premium double-sided Italian Buttero leather from the renowned Conciera Walpier Tannery. This traditional full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather is prized for its firm yet buttery smooth surface, featuring a matte finish that matures into a deep, glossy patina through years of use. Every strap is individually handmade in the Convoy Co. studio using traditional leather crafting techniques to combine high-level functionality with a minimal, modern aesthetic.

The strap features a tapered design that narrows smoothly toward the split rings to ensure a natural and comfortable fit whether worn across the shoulder or around the neck. For the modern photographer on the move, this model is provided in a 45" (114cm) max length, which can be further customized using sturdy center-bar buckles. These buckles offer three points of adjustment on each side, allowing for a 1-inch variance to keep your camera perfectly positioned over light shirts or heavy winter jackets.

Engineered with a stealthy aesthetic suitable for professional mirrorless systems, all hardware—including the double-capped rivets and 304 stainless steel split rings—is plated in a highly durable matte black PVD coating. To prevent metal-on-metal contact, the strap includes two sets of suede-lined leather tabs that fit securely over the round lug mounts of your camera. This combination of heavy-duty materials and thoughtful protective details ensures that your equipment remains secure and scratch-free during rigorous field use
