Build Your Own Big Logo Bottle Opener

HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM BIG LOGO BOTTLE OPENER:

Custom BLBO's are made to order to your specs following the process below

1. SELECT YOUR METAL and PLACE AN ORDER for a BASE MODEL Big Logo Bottle Opener.  This base price includes any/all machining options you select later.  Other add-on choices are also available later for a fee (base model *does not* include bearing or button, anodizing, or trit installation).

Once you place your order, you have reserved your SERIAL NUMBER, and you can now take your time deciding how you want it customized.  Serial numbers will start at 001 and will be assigned based on order timestamp.

2. Visit This Page to begin customizing.

Fill out the form to specify how you want your BLBO machined for no additional charge:

• Tail Hole Options
• Nose Hole Options
• Trit Slot Options

You can also add fee-based options depending on your machining and metal choices:

• Bearing Installation
• Add Buttons
• Titanium Anodizing
• Trit Installation

3. Submit your selections and I will review them.  Any fee-based add-ons selected are billed via a paypal invoice.  Your order is now queued to be machined and finished, and will be shipped once completed.

Current Lead Time is 2-4 weeks from time of order, and may change due to materials availability.

The Big Logo Bottle Opener is a simple, effective, ergonomic, pocketable bottle opener.  You choose them metal and how the BLBO is machined, and each one is serialized to make them one of a kind.  The BLBO is an effective "one-popper", reliably popping caps in one motion.  There are two popular grips for this style of opener, and the ergonomics are designed to complement both grips.

If you want it to spin, the hybrid "Bearing Enabled" Hole can be selected.  This hole can either be fitted with a bearing and a set of Torqbar buttons (with shim kit), or looks good and works well as a lanyard hole without a bearing in.

If you want some bling, trits slots can be added, and for an additional fee can be installed.  The trit location on the BLBO really shows off the glow when you pop a cap in a dark room.

The Hex Driver will accomodate and standard 1/4" hex bit.  It is not a through hole, so strong downward pressure can be used.
