Farley Bolstered - Green Canvas

The slipjoint may be the most ubiquitous pocketknife ever—your father probably carried one, your grandfather almost certainly did, and your mother might have had one rattling around in her purse. When we set out to design our take on the slipjoint, we knew we had to get it right.

The result was the Farley—a simple yet beautifully crafted non-locking folder with clean lines, a perfectly tuned spring, and a stop pin to prevent blade wear. Now, with the addition of a bolster at the pivot, the Farley V2 blends classic styling with modern GiantMouse design, offering both sophistication and function in a compact package.

True to our philosophy, every detail of the Farley V2 is intentional. The blade and spring have smoothly rounded spines for a comfortable feel, while precision-machined cut-outs near the jimping enhance grip and ease of use. A strong wire clip keeps it secure in pocket and is reversible for left-handed carry.

With rugged green canvas micarta scales, a brass bolster, and a matching brass liner, this Farley V2 exudes timeless character—gaining warmth and patina with every carry.

And, of course, the name matters. The Farley was inspired by one of our favorite bars at Cavallo Point in Sausalito, California—where great views, live music, and fresh oysters make for the kind of experience we strive to capture in our knives.

Disclaimer: The brass bolster and liner on this knife will patina over time and some oxidation may already have occurred while the knife is in the box. We try to eliminate as much plastic from our packaging as possible and the cotton bags we use instead are not airtight. When brass gets in contact with air, oxidation will happen and patina on the metal's surface begins to happen. All in all; if you don’t like patina on your brass scales, this may not be the knife for you!
