But what makes this knife extra special is its namesake. Collectors of GiantMouse knives will immediately recognize that the ACE Atelier is a smaller version of their beloved ACE Grand, which was named after the "Grand Hotel" in Nuremberg, Germany - the GiantMouse team's favorite hotel. And just like the Grand Hotel, the ACE Atelier pays homage to the team's favorite bar in Nuremberg - the art-deco designed "Atelier Bar," which happens to be located inside the Grand Hotel!
