About George Sichler

George Sichler is a retired NYPD Detective, author, and speaker who brings 20 years of dedicated service to the New York City Police Department. He went on to leverage his extensive law enforcement, tactical, and emergency response background to support CBRNE preparedness initiatives, tactical medical programs, firearms and tactics instruction, and operational safety solutions for first responders, military personnel, and organizations worldwide.

"Having served on the front lines, I know the critical need for reliable decontamination tools in law enforcement," Sichler notes about his current mission to protect those who protect others.

A Career Built on Service and Protection

Sichler's law enforcement career spanned from August 1998 to August 2018, with the majority served in the NYPD's Special Operations Division. This elite unit comprises personnel with highly specialized training, expertise, and equipment to support operations across New York City's most challenging environments, from rooftops to waterways, from subway tunnels to tactical situations requiring immediate response.

His experience wasn't theoretical. For over a decade, Sichler deployed alongside specialized units facing the most demanding scenarios law enforcement encounters, gaining firsthand understanding of what officers need when responding to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) threats.

Bringing Frontline Experience to First Responder Safety

Beyond his corporate role, Sichler has established himself as an author and international speaker focused on resilience and thriving through adversity. Drawing from his Special Operations Division experience, he delivers keynotes and training for first responders, veterans, and business teams on building unbreakable culture, leadership, and multi-dimensional success under pressure.
