For our newest collaboration with knife maker Bestech, we wanted a practical EDC folder with minimal bulk, fitting into pockets with ease and keeping a low profile. The Bandit is just 3 ¾ inches closed, small enough to disappear into your daily kit or rest on your desk without demanding much attention.

Sensible Silhouette

The handle scale profile has an ergonomic shape, with a slight half moon curve to display the blade and thumb hole for quick deployment. Adequately sized flipper tab on the opposite side offers an alternative deployment option, with snappy, smooth action courtesy of the ball bearing pivot. Handle scales offered in a range of colors in G10 and Micarta, with G10 backspacer.

Blade Upgrade

What good is a budget folder if it doesn’t fit in your budget? The Bandit stands among a sea of D2 steel blades, at a similar price point, while offering more bang for your buck. N690 steel blade, stonewashed, for superior edge retention and hardness over D2, without breaking the bank. Razor sharp out of the box, the understated tanto blade locks securely in place via a linerlock mechanism and drops shut effortlessly using nothing more than Newton’s gravity. Satisfying to flick, fidget, cut, and carry.
